Chef Yuri was born and raised in French Gastronomic city: Lyon. After graduating from renowned AINSB Culinary school, with his extensive degrees in Bakery and Pastries, Yuri Elie worked for famous Maison and Bakery in Lyon and Paris. He learned to make his exquisite Crepe receipes in the heart of Saint Germain, and famous Macarons from Pierre Herme Paris (proclaimed “Picasso of Pastry” by Vogue USA Magazine). In 2009, Yuri developed his “Pretzel Challah” celebrated on the cover of the Los Angeles Times.
Yuri opened his catering “Crepes of Paris” in Los Angeles and Orange county in 2007 with one goal in mind: Deliver the same great taste of Paris’ Crepes. In 2008, Yuri launched Breakfast of Paris, followed by Catering of Paris where he’s using his Fine culinary skills. Catering of Paris creates creative events, and caters from small gathering to large events with its Crepes, brunch, lunch, diner, and sweet buffet.
